We are delighted to announce this year’s European Students‘ Conference (ESC) that will take place in Berlin, from 25th September to 28th September. Our 30th ESC edition will run under the topic Future Aging – Today’s Research, Tomorrow’s Medicine. Each year, we are excited to welcome about 400 students from over 40 countries, which makes the ESC one of the largest student-run biomedical conferences worldwide.
With renowned speakers from all around the globe, practical skills workshops and a poster contest (both the latter independent of the leading topic), you will be able to learn and expand your practical and scientific knowledge. For the jubilee edition of the ESC, the extensive social programme, where you can get to know your international peers, will be for free!
Registration for presenting participants (taking part in the poster contest) is opened until 30th July, for regular participants until 30th August.
Other program highlights:
> Scientific programme: Start-up session, Panel Discussion on the topic “Can we grow older without growing sicker?”, ESC Pop-Quiz, Workshops (e.g. Triage, Suture, Charité Radiooncology, Charité ER, Risk Literacy, Young Innovators in Medicine, Charité Nuclear Medicine, Mechanical Thrombectomy in Stroke Patients, Perfusion Technologies, and many more)
> Social Programme: ESC Get-Together, Berlin Activities, Science Slam, ESC Party
